McGeady: Should be a regular
Last week's Celtic-Mad Voting Poll asked your opinion of Celtic's rising star Aiden McGeady.

Just over 50% of voters think McGeady is worthy of a regular first team slot, 13% of you said he was still too young and lacked experience, while 23% weren't sure of the situation.

McGeady showed signs of his true potential against Hearts at Tynecastle late last season, scoring on a Man of the Match winning first team debut. We have heard all about him for years, as he has been with Celtic as a lad, and his name is on the lips of most Celtic fans.

We need to remember that this time last year, Aiden was playing Under 19's for Celtic. To jump from there to the first squad, via the Under 21's is a massive leap for anyone, and I am just pleased he has had the nerve to make the switch.

He is still only 18 years old, and his performances show signs of flair, skill and undoubted natural talent. But he is still raw, and I believe he will have to be slowly brought into the side. Martin O'Neill certainly knows the score and he will make sure things are done th way they should be. Here's hoping McGeady can keep his head in-tact, and in five years time he will be one of Scotland's (and Ireland's) greatest players.

This week's poll concerns Rangers psychopath Alex Rae. We ask you at what time during the first Old Firm game of the season will he be sent off? The poll lasts until Friday.
