Kevin Tole runs his eye over our future stars

Fotheringham is turning into quite a player - without doubt the most commanding presence on the field.

Maloney - the most skilled player on the pitch

The other mob had a player sent off - WWWWWHHHHOOOOAAAA surprise.

Who IS the bald ranter in charge of the other mob - John Brown? - I thought his body was a-mouldering in it's grave.

The bhoys defence did not look inspiring at all giving away two quick replies after going 1 up then 2-1. The winning goal came early in the second half when most were queueing at the we've-got-no-pies stalls and again was poorly defended.

Second half continued with a familiar theme of the Bhoys exerting all the pressure against 10 men behind the ball and the other mob countering on the break and fast with a lot of attacks coming down the left for a very pacy young ranger.

There were so many fhans there last night that they kept having to open up more and more sections of the South Stand.

I thought I moaned about the conditions in the Upper North but I have to hand it to you fellers over there with your dungeon like access. It would appear the the old Jungle Rivers of Pish have been resurrected and transplanted.

Even more piss poor and inept than ever stewarding of the je m'en fou variety. I spose they earn next-to-nothing so whatever The manky Mob's support just will never get it will they.

Still had to come out with their bilious "Up to our knees" gobshite. I was impressed with the general level of play. There was a lot of talent out on that park last night and a lot of young lads, on both sides, that will go on to be very good full time professionals in the senior game. Good luck to them all.

I'm afraid that due to not having watched them enough this season I am unable to identify them all but Fozzy, Maloney, Arbuckle and Wallace looked good.

Kennedy looks to be the best by far of the defenders but Rangers had some very lively lads - including the one dismissed for something other than the challenge he made I think.

Their no 8 in particular was good and they had two tall rangy (errr they would be woooden they, Popeye) defenders who handled everything thrown at them all night. All in all a good evening apart from the result.

Have you ever noticed the state of the approaches to the ground from the west whenever it rains? The Somme and the Lake District spring jointly to mind. Get it sorted Celtic rather than taking out your splenacious attitude on fhanzine sellers?

That'll be me away now Peep, peep.
