Trialists Update

Stanislav Varga has been handed an extension to his trial period at Parkhead. Martin O'Neill has decided that if the player is successful in obtaining a work permit and passes a medical he will sign with Celtic until the end of the season.

It is bad news for Milan Rapaic, however, Celtic have decided to end his trial period and he will not feature again for the Bhoys.

Henrik Larsson has been treated in hospital for his latest injury, and is expected to be out of action for 6 weeks.
