THREE O'CLOCK DEADLINE FOR THOMPSON

Celtic midfielder Alan Thompson will find out today if he will be able to play in Sunday's Old Firm clash at Ibrox.

Thompson is appealing against the red card he received against Aberdeen last Saturday. It is highly unlikely though that his appeal will succeed, though a lot will depend on the referee's report into the sending off.

The appeal hearing time is 3pm.
