Sweden and Denmark progressed to the Quarter Finals of Euro 2004 tonight, after battling out a 2-2 draw. Italy's late winner against Bulgaria was not enough, and the Italians have crashed out of the tournament on goal difference.

Henrik Larsson scored Sweden's first goal, an equaliser from the penalty spot.

John Dahl Tommason of Denmark scored his second of the night later in the second half, at which point Sweden were out of the competition. But Mattias Jonson's last minute equaliser sent Italy home, and the two Scandanavian sides through to the Quarters.
