Gordon Strachan has today stated that although he is aware of the magnitude of the task in hand he has the players at his disposal capable of winning the SPL crown.

Speaking earlier today Gordon said, "If you look back at the season with the number of chances we've missed and the crucial mistakes we have made we are where we are because of that.

"It's going to be very hard for us to win the league but it's possible. We need to win every game and we can do that.

"I definitely have the players here who are capable of winning those eight games.

"With the system of the SPL split, we're up against the best teams in the league and it is the same the other way with Rangers.

"We're just working on the assumption that we need to win every game and we'll take things from there.

No Rafael Sherlock!

Yours in Celtic
