Bobo ready to resume training and no apology for the Weasel after horrific assault in Saturday's Cup game.

So now that the dust has settled on Killiegate and the search for those final remaining briefs goes on in earnest we turn attention to some off the field news.

Celtic Quick News reports that the price of Celtic shares, which had plummeted after the debacle that was Artmedia, have continued their upward ascent and are now disappearing off the page! They are now double what they were worth in July of 2006 and it would appear that this trend should continue for the foreseeable future. Analysts are predicting that a successful summers trading in the transfer market for some big names and qualification for next seasons Champions League proper could see them reaching a record level.

Happy days!

With no official reports as to the extent of Japanese genius' Shunsuke Nakamura's Knee it is with baited breath that we await news from the treatment tables at Parkhead. Unofficial reports are reaching 'Hoops Towers intimating that Naka will be available for Sunday's potential clincher in Farm-ville. This reporter believes that the POTY elect should be rested for the remainder of the season as he has been carrying a knock all season.

Dianbobo Balde has revealed that he is almost ready to resume training breaking his leg in the 2-2 draw with the Arabs on Xmas day + 1. Bobo said, "I will start full training in two weeks. I tried to come back a few weeks ago, but it was too early. I had to take a step back as there was a reaction with my ankle" I don't think Bobo will be making too many appearances before the end of the season. With doubts over his future in a Celtic jersey the big man may have schlaffed his final clearance for the Hoops! Watch this space.

Lee Naylor has revealed that he received no apology from Martin Hardie after the clogger assaulted him with a late two-footed challenge that could have cost the Weasel his career. A deserved contender for POTY, Naylor feared his season was over and said, "I thought it was a bad one, but as soon as I was on my feet I knew it wasn't"

Lee has a seriously bruised ankle and will be gnash gnashing again soon!

And finally, 17 days after you would expect to hear stories like this, reports are coming in that Neil Lennon may be approached to be the next manager of NORTHERN IRELAND!

Aye right!

Yours in Celtic
