Rumours, Rants And Raves

It is a great time to be a TIM. Just about to play in the San Siro and Just about to win the league. If we would have been asked at the start of the season if we would be in such a good position we would not have believed it.

The weekends game against Dunfermline had taken a back seat due to the excitement revolving round the Milan game and even Next weekends game against the wee diddy team from Ibrox isn't really to the forefront of our thoughts. That however might change if Hibs beat the Huns at the weekend meaning that we could clinch the league title next week. Oh how good would that be?

Anywau onto the rumours and the very latest one is that Celtic have been watching Uraguayan player Ivan Alonso and are looking to sign him in the summer when he has one year left on his contract. His current club Real Murcia dont want to lose him but do want to cash in on the players current form by accepting a good size transfer bid.

Celtic youngsters Graham Cary and Paul Callihane grabbed 3 goals between them in the under 18's game for the republic of Ireland against Georgia yesterday and both players are tipped for first team stardom and the final score was 3-1 to the republic.

JVOH is match fit and will feature against Dunfermline at the weekend. The big man seems injury prone but does tend to come back fairly quickly and hopefully he can get an extended injury free run in the team.

Arsene Wenger has once again intimated that he thinks Boruc is a player whowould enhance his team and you won't get many Celts disagreeing with him. The rumour of Arturs 5.5million get out clause is growing stronger by the day and Celtic ARE actively looking at goalkeepers at the moment.
