Rangers fans attack Scottish parliament

Last updated : 04 November 2006 By Jack Kennedy
Glasgow Rangers fans have been attacking the Scottish parliaments website and filling it with abusive comments after a fan ran onto the Green Ibrox turf Carrying a Palestinian flag. The Scottish parliament allows Scots to fill in online petitions and there is one which is asking for water resources for the Golan heights.

This petition has been filled with Racist, Sectarian and paedophile references after members of a popular Rangers website published its address.

This website is looked at by viewers across the world and it is a huge blow to the "One Scotland Many Cultures campaign" which attempts to stamp out racism.

The Link to the Scottish Parliament page is here but please do not link to it if you are easily (or not so easily) offended as these comments bring shame to Scotland and to its people. Unfortunately the world sees this and assumes that All Scots think the same way. The fans of Rangers football club once again attempt to drag Scotland down to gutter level.
