Petkov in Petrov out

Dontya just love a gool old conspiracy theory especially when it involves the hoops?. The latest little gem from paradise is that Martin O'Neill and Gordon Strachan have been in close talks over the last few months and that Martin has told wee Gordo to hang onto Petrov until he takes the Villa job. The timing of the arrival of new target Petkov would seem to back up this latest nugget

Meanwhile New target Petkov arrives in Glasgow today and will visit Celtic park tomorrow and a provisional appointment has been made with a Glasgow hospital for a medical. Schoolkids all over the world have been finding out ways to change the letter "R" on the back or their hoops to an "K" as they change the name Petrov to Petkov.


Oh allright!! we know the conspiracy theory is a bit tongue in cheek but Strachan hanging onto want away Stan all this time would fit in well and we know that MON was still working with Celtic in a consultancy role.
