Liverpool fans say Thank You

Prior to kick-off and at half time last night during Liverpool's 1-0 Victory over PSV at Anfield the Kop showed a banner thanking the faithful for our support and solidarity over the Justice for the 96 campaign.

A group of Celtic fans made the journey down to present the Kop faithful with a banner showing our solidarity in their fight for justice. Those of you that were in attendance at that recent Rangers match at Parkhead would recognise it as the flag that was flown in the Lisbon Lions stand by the Jungle Bhoys.

This flag was flown at the start of the first half during a stirring rendition of YNWA.

During the half time interval, a banner that said "Thank you Celtic Fans, We've never walked Alone" Was flown in the same area of the Kop.

A great gesture by the Celtic Fans is reciprocated by the Kop faithful and the link between our two great clubs continues.

MonTheHoops.co.uk will be having a minute's silence at 15:06 on Saturday the 15th of April to show our solidarity with the campaign. Members are urged to log on at this time as we open a "justice" thread that will contain the names of the 96 people who lost their lives on this day in 1989.
Members are asked to view the thread between 15:06 and 15:07 and after this time they can post their condolences and thoughts. I am sure this will be the most members viewing a single thread in the history of this site!

Thank you for your support.

Yours in Celtic, and in Justice For the 96
