Lennon says that he is not a priority for Celtic

Celtic Captain Neil Lennon feels that his contract talks are being put on the back burner for the moment and his agent Mark Donaghy has said "we are still speaking to Celtic and these things are ongoing" Lennon is not happy with the way the club are dealing with his contract talks and although he is looking to sign a new one year contract the 34 year old feels that Celtic have more important things on their mind than just him.

Have Celtic suddenly had a new change of tactics in dealing with contracts which means they are treating players like Lennon and Hartson as commodoties and ignoring such niceties as manners and past loyalties? Or is this new "attitude" a ploy by the players and their agents to bring matters to a head?.
