Lennon Rallies the Troops in Hoops for Title Run In!

Neil Lennon has never been one to shy away from any difficult situation easily, both in his personal life and his playing career and he is continuing to show the same dogged spirit in his role as a coach at Celtic.

Neil has intimated that he feels that this season's title will go all the way and despite the poor recent form that has seen us drop 11 points in the last six matches he is confident that we will prevail.

He said: "It will go to the wire and I'm looking forward to it. It's quite an exciting part of the season now.

"We're obviously disappointed, having been seven points ahead a few weeks ago.

"But there is still a third of the season to go and plenty of football left. I saw enough in us last Sunday at Motherwell to suggest we're coming back into form."

Neil was also quick to draw parallels to last season when Celtic recovered from a run of poor form to win their final 7 matches and be crowned Champions.

Lennon said: "The experience of last season will work wonders for the players but every season is different.

"We won it last season but that is history and it is all about the present now and we need to get firing again. The level of performance last Sunday was really pleasing."

Hardly pleasing Neil, but I applaud your optimism.

Yours in Celtic
