Henrik Larsson has proclaimed that Celtic can be ‘Lisbon Lions’ once more by beating Benfica in Portugal tonight. Speaking from his Icons webpage the King of Kings hopes to see a Celtic victory tonight and doesn’t feel that recent poor results will have too much effect on the result tonight.

Henrik said "They bounced back brilliantly from losing to Shakhtar to beat Milan at Celtic Park and if they can carry that confidence into tonight’s game then anything can happen.

They are good enough to win in Lisbon and if they go there with real self-belief then who knows what can happen? A great Celtic side played in Lisbon back in 1967 and look what happened then!

Glad to see your confident Henrik, lets hope this confidence filters through the fans and out to the players tonight.

Team news ahead of tonight is that Bobo Balde is expected to play centre half alongside McManus with Caldwell at right back and it is believed that Paul Hartley will also start tonight in the holding role, possibly at the expense of Jarosik.

C’mon Celts, give us that away win that we crave!

Yours in Celtic
