Kluivert for Celtic ?

Celtic are persuing an interest in Patrick Kluivert according to various news sources. Kluivert was on an estimated 85k a week at his last Two clubs but has hit a spell of poor form which would lead to a bargain basement price for the Dutchman. The Tall striker would be a perfect replacement for Hartson as he is a proven target man and can be very mobile.

Sources at celtic tell us that Kluivert has been looked at before and a file on the player compiled by Celtic have him as a possible pay per play deal as his knee injury has flared up over the past year but is now said to be stable.


Last month we did a story on our website that we did not publish on newsnow as we had no real proof but as it turned out Kluivert was in Glasgow and was allegedly speaking to Celtic. Kluivert was spotted in a Glasgow seafood restuarant being asked for his autograph by the waiting staff. One of our forum members was there and asked Kluivert if he was here to sign for the hoops and Kluivert replied "I hope so"
well thats the kind of rumour we just Love ;) and the guy that posted it got some pelters for it but it now looks as if it might have been true.. great fun though and thats what a football forum is all about.


Celtic are said to be aware of the players marketing potential and he would certainly be the "box office" signing that Celtic are looking for
