The Middlesbrough man was totally left out of Steve McLaren's squad against Newcastle United at the weekend, and it is understood McLaren does not see a future for Juninho at the club.
As well as being touted by Celtic, Manchester City are reported to be interested.
Juninho will have to decide whether a move to Scottish football will be right for him. The prospect of Champions League action may persuade him to sign for The Celts, but Manchester City's involvement in the Premiership may end up being a crucial factor in his decision.
We are expected to find out tomorrow, what Juninho will do with his future. Hopefully it will rest in Glasgow.
