Hesselink deal done?

There has been a number of reports including the Dutch Telegraaf coming in this afternoon that Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink of PSV Eindhoven is a done deal. It appears Celtic have agreed a fee with the Dutch champions and now they only have to agree personal terms with Hesselink.

Celtic's Chief Executive Peter Lawwell was spotted checking in at Glasgow Airport in the early hours of this morning departing for Amsterdam and it is thought that he was flying out to secure the Dutch striker's signature. Porto and Bolton are still in the hunt for him but it is believed that Hesselink's favoured choice is the Parkhead side.

Celtic fans have been crying out for a big name for ages but will they be happy forking out £19 to get his name on their shirts?
