Thomas Graveson may yet become a Celt after a new twist has been reported regarding his possible deal at Celtic. Graveson has been touted by his agent as being very interested in Celtic due to the fact that he wants champions league football and Celtic although showing an interest have baulked at his possible wage demands.

A new twist to the tale has been revealed today as our resources in Spain have been reporting that Real have decided that they must let Graveson go and will be willing to listen to any club involved in the Champions league with regards to a "buy now pay later deal".

Real are said to be offering this deal to mainly attract Celtic and it is said that they are willing to write a clause into the transfer fee that will mean Celtic can pay immediately if they get to the second stages of the Champions legue but can hold the payment back for Thirteen months if they dont.

Thirteen months will include interest payments but that amount of time gives Celtic another crack at the Champions league and the interest charge makes sure that the investment for Real Madrid is a sound one.

sounds like a decent plan and perhaps Thomas will grace the hoops yet.
