fraser forster INewcastle manager Alan Pardew has no plans to let Fraser Forster be sold to Celtic. The goalkeeper has spent the season on loan at Parkhead where he has made 26 appearances for Neil Lennon's side. Putting in several strong performances have seen Forster attracting attention  during his time north of the border, leading to inevitable questions about his future. With Celtic rumoured to be prepared to make a £2million bid for the 'keeper, Pardew has moved quickly to reveal that Forster will return to St James' Park in the summer.

Pardew said: "The last time I spoke to Fraser Foster I made it clear he would be coming back here in pre-season to fight for the first team jersey. I will not be accepting a £2m bid from Celtic. I do not want to bring a new keeper in because I expect the three we have got to start pre-season."
