Crosas Delighted to have Played for Two of the Best Clubs in the World

Celtic's resident Spanish wonder-kid Marc Crosas will turn 21 today and he has expanded on yesterday's comments about adjusting to life in Scotland to talk about what the two teams in his life mean to the people that they represent.

He said: "All that Barcelona represents for Catalonia and Catalonian people, I think that it's the same that Celtic represents for Scottish people.

"I think for me Barcelona is the best club in Spain and Celtic is the best club here in Scotland.

"The level of football here is very high, maybe a different kind of football than Spain or France, maybe you have more pressure. The game here is fast but I'm happy with all that here.

"The atmosphere that you get live in Celtic Park is good for all the players and the football here is very good."

Crosas also admitted that adjusting to life in Scotland was not easy, especially since he took a little time to establish himself in the first team. However since he has established himself in the squad he looks as though he would be very hard to dislodge.

"At the beginning it was difficult because when you start in another country it's not easy," he said. "You have to be ready to play sometimes and on the bench also and be ready to help the team."

Happy Birthday Marc, from all at Mon the Hoops

Yours in Celtic
