Ryan conroyRyan Conroy will be heading back to Parkhead early from his loan at Queen of the South due to the weather. Conroy’s loan period is due to end on the last day of the year and he is disappointed at missing out on the chance of regular football and picking up a winner’s medal with the Doonhamers.

Conroy, who found the net three times in Queens' colours said: "I would have liked to have stayed longer but the terms of my loan deal did not allow that. I was really sorry I missed out on the opportunity to play in the Alba Cup Final because of the snow. That was hard to take. The weather also meant that I have missed three chances to play my last game at home as well which is a shame as Queen’s are a good club and treat their players well. The fans have also been most supportive and I really appreciate that too. I got on well with the manager, Kenny Brannigan, and there was also a good team spirit among all the players so I wish them all well for the future."
