The two sides met in last season's Cup Final, which Celtic won 3-1. The last time Celts visited East End Park, Stan Petrov and Chris Sutton combined to give The Bhoys a 2-0 victory.
The tie will be played on Sunday 6th February, and will be shown live on Sky Sports.
