Celtic Painting Stolen

Last updated : 05 February 2004 By Kevin Smith
George Smith's original Celtic painiting 'Dream Team' has been stolen from the artist's studio.

It measures 36 x 24 inches, and is in a gold frame.

The painting, shown below, and on www.artbhoy.com features the 'Greatest Ever Celtic Eleven,' as well as Tommy Gemell's goal in the 1967 European Cup Final.

The painting was not for sale, and was intended to be auctioned for Motor Neurone charity.

Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of the painting should contact the artist, via his website, or via myself here at Celtic-Mad.

Thank you.
