The rumour mill down just over the border in Carlisle has been buzzing all week that Celtic are keen to buy Carlisle United talented youngster Lee Andrews. Andrews has been attracting the attention of several top clubs and it is thought that Celtic have had him watched. It is also thought that Carlisle would be looking for a fee in the region of 2.5 million pounds for the player.

However, despite the rumours, Carlisle boss Roddy Collins has denied Andrews will be sold:

"He is not going anywhere, " said Collins. "We have not had any offers, not even an inquiry. I would not be listening to offers at this time."

Andrews has had several outstanding performances for Carlisle this season playing, mainly, in the centre of defence.
