Breaking News - Kennedy Agrees Norwich Loan Switch.

Last updated : 27 July 2008 By Clydebuilt
Celtic defender John Kennedy has left the Club today to begin a six-month loan spell with English side Norwich. It had been widely reported that the player would be playing his football with Motherwell next season but that deal fell through and now John is off to join David Marshall, his co-hero from the Camp Nou.

Kennedy said: "I'm looking forward to the challenge of being at Norwich and lining up with a couple of familiar faces in David Marshall and Mark Fotheringham.

"I would like to thank Motherwell and Preston and their managers, Mark McGhee and Alan Irvine, who have shown interest in me."

We wish you all the best John, and hope that you are back in the Hoops soon.

Yours in Celtic
