Bookies slash odds on Celtic

Bookmakers are slashing the odds on Celtic winning their first few games in the SPL. Celtics game against Yokohama in Japan is the main reason for the prices being slashed as Bookmakers feel that going to Japan in Between the Kilmarnock and Hearts games will be too much for an already tired Celtic team.

Supporters have been expressing their concerns that the Japanese game which comes only three days before a clash with Hearts at Tynecastle is too much for the team to withstand and that the start of the SPL title race may be compromised.

On the other hand punters who put a few quid on Celtic to win every week will be getting better odds so there does seem to be a little bit of silver lining in the cloud that is hovering over Celtic's remaining pre season friendlies.
