BALDE SUSPENDED FOR TWO GAMES

Giant Celtic defender Bobo Balde will miss the next two Celtic games following his appearance at the SFA offices. Balde was caught on Video deliberately striking Hibernian's Paul Fenwick in a SPL match on February 2.
The SFA commented "The incident, which was missed by the match officials, was clearly picked up on television, and the SFA discipliniary committee used video evidence to take action.
The incident brought Balde a one match ban which rules him out of the Aberdeen - Celtic Scottish cup tie on Monday, and as he has gone over the 12 points mark he will also miss the Old firm game at Ibrox the following Sunday.
Balde has seven days to appeal against the punishment.
