Didier Agathe's recent yellow card against Aberdeen in the cup will not stand following an administrative error at the SFA. In a statement released today the SFA confirmed the action"

"The SFA today confirmed that the caution issued to Didier Agathe of Celtic,
in the Tennent's Scottish Cup tie against Aberdeen last month, will not be
recorded.

A meeting of the SFA's Emergency Committee this morning decided that, as the
Disciplinary Procedures - which state that misconduct reports must be
delivered to the SFA within four days of the match - had not been adhered
to, the caution should not stand."
