Firhill Stadium
Kick Off 3.00, Live on BBC Scotland

It's Celtic's third visit to Maryhill this season, in a game which, if won, will give Celtic a new record of 24 league victories on the trot.

Celtic could have asked for much harder tasks to set the record, as form guides below show.

Thistle currently sit bottom of the league, and have only collected 12 points this whole season. They are 8 points behind Aberdeen, and an astonishing 58 points behind Celtic! That's one more point than the huns have collected this season.

Partick's joint managers Derek Whyte and Gerry 'Springer' Britton have already had a crack at the Hoops this season, but were well beaten 2-0 by a second string Celtic side in the CIS Cup. This time is sure to be a harder task.

Celts are in good shape, but suffered a refreshing but nerve-racking fight against Dundee United last week. There are no new fresh injury worries, John Hartson will miss out but should be ready for next weekend.

Tickets are still available for the game in the Celtic end, from Partick Thistle's ticket office.

Thistle are still pushing to remain in the SPL, and will be right up for the game. As we know, Firhill is a tight pitch and teams can get easily frustrated. Thistle will raise their game as the Bhoys stroll into town, here's hoping the Champions-Elect will be strolling home with another three points!

Enjoy the game.
