Celtic v Livingston
Bank Of Scotland SPL
Sunday 2nd January 2005
Celtic Park
Kick Off 3pm

The Bhoys finished the year 2004 on top of the SPL, but with Rangers picking up a point at Tannadice today, they currently sit in first place. Tomorrow, Livingston visit Celtic Park, as we aim to return to the top. We could go three points clear.

Our last game against Livingston was a 4-2 win at Almondvale, where, at one stage in the game, Celtic were four goals up. A couple of injuries and lapses in concentration allowed Livvy back into the game.

Last week was a comfortable win at Tynecastle, in a game which was a potential banana skin. We performed well and put Hearts in their place. Hopefully last week's victory was a sign of things to come for 2005.

With Rangers dropping points today, we will go into tomorrow's game with a boost. They are drawing at grounds where we are winning comfortably.

Magnus Hedman returns from injury and Henri Camara is suspended. Ulrik Laursen will probably start a second consecutive game, after playing well last week and with Joos Valgaeren still injured.

It looks like Aiden McGeady will start, so once again there will be no place for the Brazillian mystery that is Juninho. Most fans are now wondering what the exact script is with this guy and I myself am wondering if Martin O'Neill sees him playing any part in the rest of the season.

Richard Gough is Livingston's new manager and will have the players up for this one. Still though, we should be looking at a comfortable win and see us start the year on a high.

Come On The Hoops!

Prediction:
Celtic 4-0 Livingston
