Celtic v Livingston
Bank of Scotland SPL
Sunday 29th February 2004
Celtic Park
Kick Off 3.00pm

Surprisingly, one of few sides who have put up a challenge at Celtic Park in recent years, have been tomorrow's visitors, Livingston. Who could forget Henrik Larsson's last minute winner against the Almondvale side back in season 2001/02? Livvy are a side who have always had bottle, and always given all.

Tomorrow's game has been talked about for a while, with the "will he or won't
Out for tomorrow
he?" speculation, as to whether David Fernandez - on loan to Livingston from Celtic - will take part in the game. The answer was confirmed as no yesterday, as he is suffering an injury and Martin O'Neill was the one who ruled him out as a precaution.

You will get poor odds on a Celtic defeat tomorrow, it would take a brave man to bet against Celts furthering the record of 24 league wins in a row.

John Hartson may well start the game, but Martin O'Neill will have one eye on the second leg of our UEFA Cup tie, which will be played on Wednesday night. The players will be looking to avoid any silly injuries, ahead of the Euro tie.

Neil Lennon will return to the squad, but O'Neill may choose to keep Paul Lambert in the starting eleven, as he will play in Teplice in midweek.

I cannot see any team coming to Celtic Park and beating us, with the way we are playing. It would be a severe upset if Livvy came and took even a point, but tomorrow's game looks more or less a formality. Celtic victory.

Celtic-Mad Prediction: Celtic 3-0 Livingston
