Pearson Signs

With all the talk of Liam Miller's departure in the summer for Manchester United, the eventual signing of Stephen Pearson has been slightly low key.

This will suit Pearson more than anyone, as the pressure of signing for Celtic can sometimes be too much for young players. Celtic fans should just shut up about the departure of Liam Miller and look what we have on our hands now.

Stephen Pearson is a top class young player. He is tall, can score goals, attack and tackle. Above all he is Celtic daftand, unlike Miller, wants to play for the club.

Stephen Pearson has claimed he isn't one for the future, he's "one for the present." He knows that he is a great player, and Celtic have sealed his signature today. He has been signed for a bargain price of 300,000 and is probably on around 9 grand per week.

Hopefully, Pearson will make his debut tomorrow against Ross County, the first of what I am sure will be a long, healthy career at Celtic.
