Celtic manager Gordon Strachan's injury problems may have eased slightly
ahead of the Scottish Premier League clash with Kilmarnock at Celtic Park
tonight but youngster Paul Caddis is hoping there's still a berth for him.

When he took a body count following the weekend's 2-0 victory over Motherwell the boss had a full team of players out injured but Glenn Loovens, Shunsuke Nakamura and Georgios Samaras have returned to training since Saturday and may be in contention to start tonight if Strachan considers them ready.

Caddis would relish another game against his local team Kilmarnock tonight
and for the Ayrshire lad it would be great to have the chance to repeat his
debut performance which saw Celtic beating Killie 5-1 and young Paul
winning the man-of-the-match award.

"I made my first-team debut against Kilmarnock in the Scottish Cup and it
meant a lot to me because I come from down that way." said Paul "It will be a tough game for us. We have done really well against Killie at Rugby Park
recently but they always make it hard for us at Celtic Park. We drew 0-0
against them at the start of last season and they'll be out to get a result.
They've had a few disappointing results recently and they'll be out to make up for that."

Whenever he has been called upon the youngster has always impressed with
his energy and enthusiasm and he's ready to step into any berth that needs filling if the manager thinks he can do a job there. "It would be good to face them again. It will all just depend on how the injuries clear up, but I'm ready to make a contribution in any position." he said.
