TG has been in the news today again stating his desire to leave the club if he doesn't get played. Speaking to the Sun his agent said "The only reason that Thomas has stayed with Celtic is because of how much he loves the club," Sivebaek said.
"He thinks the club is fantastic and the fans are fantastic.
"The only thing missing is he's not playing football. He's not getting a chance and it's my personal opinion he is being frozen out.
"He's frustrated right now, but he accepts the situation, even if he does find it very strange.
"If, come the next transfer window, he's not playing, we'd have to consider our options"
That sounds like a bit of cyber-badge kissing to me, attempting to curry favour with the support and put pressure on the Manager to play him whilst ensuring he either gets the contract he wants from an other club or paid off by Celtic.
In other news today, tolerant inclusive FC have complained to UEFA regarding racist abuse in last nights qualifier against FC Zeta in which DaMarcus Beasley was abused. Im sure I speak for all of us when I deplore this senseless act but is that not a case of the pot calling the kettle black (excuse the phrase)? And as important why does the Scottish Media only feel it is news worthy to decry such instances when it is a Euro tie and more importantly when it is against Rangers?
For the last 5 years, Bobo Balde has been on the receiving end of some sickening abuse at the hands of both Rangers and their cousins in the capital without comment. Even Daryll "I cant hear a bigoted song when I have headphones on" King managed to clearly make out the chanting last night but failed to hear a thing on Saturday in Inverness!
But hey, we are just paranoid!
