Dunfermline In The Final

Dunfermline defeated Inverness Caledonian Thistle 3-2 tonight, in their Scottish Cup Semi-Final replay, at Pittodrie.

The win secures them a Scottish Cup Final date with Celtic, on May 22nd.

Tonight's game housed the worst ever attendance for a Scottish Cup Semi-Final - just over 5,000. It looked as though Dunfermline had about 2,000 fans there, and if they request any more than 10,000 for the Final, it will be a joke.

Celtic have already requested 40,000 tickets for the game, and we should receive that allocation. The tickets should be distributed fairly - to those who attended the Livingston Semi-Final last week.

But we'll see what happens.
