BROWN AND THOMSON SIGNINGS 1 STEP CLOSER FOR CELTS
Celtic are on the verge of completing the signing of Hibernian players Scott Brown and Kevin Thomson.Celtic chief executive Peter Lawell has been in negotiations with Hibernian couterpart Ron Petrie yesterday evening, and again today in an attempt to get the midfielders on board during the transfer window.
A deal is all but agreed and Celtic keeper David Marshall could be moving in the opposite direction to Easter Road as part of the deal, and with the goals Hibernian have been shipping over the last few months, this could persuade Petrie and manager John Collins to part with two of their star performers.
