Celtic v Dundee United
Bank of Scotland SPL
Sunday 16th May 2004
Celtic Park, Glasgow
Kick Off 3.00

It's the final day of the current SPL season tomorrow, Dundee United are the visitors to Celtic Park.

United's last visit to Celtic Park was a tight 2-1 victory for The Celts, but not including the 1-0 victory over Rangers, our recent home form has been pretty woeful. Tomorrow is the last game before the Scottish Cup Final, so hopefully players will be playing for places.

I would be surprised, though, if Martin O'Neill doesn't have his Cup Final squad picked already. On Wednesday night, I expected to see a full-strength team, to get the players to gel together before next week. But there were nine changes made to the team.

Chris Sutton and Alan Thompson missed out Wednesday's game at Fir Park, but look set to return tomorrow. Stan Petrov will also be bright back to the squad.

The game will be Henrik Larsson's final competitive match at Celtic Park. It will certainly be an emotional day, especially for all those who won't be attending the Sevilla game next week. Larsson will be looking to get his name on the scoresheet, at least a couple of times!

Dundee United have nothing to play for, but will take a boost knowing that Dunfermline and Aberdeen have beaten us at Parkhead recently. But The Champions will be looking to get a win under our belts before Cup Final day, so a Celtic win it shall be!

Hail Hail!

Celtic-Mad Prediction: Celtic 3-0 Dundee United
